Pfizer Forced To Publish 9 Pages Of Vaccine Side Effects?!

Was Pfizer forced to release 9 pages proving its COVID-19 vaccine has 1,291 side effects?!

Take a look at the viral claim and find out what the facts really are!

To claim : Pfizer was forced to publish 9 pages on vaccine side effects!

This warning from China has gone viral, claiming that after the FDA lost its lawsuit, Pfizer was forced to release vaccine documents that would have been kept secret for 55 years!

And among those documents are 9 pages of evidence that the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine has 1,291 side effects!

It’s a long read, so feel free to skip to the next section for the facts…

fried! The FDA loses the case! Pfizer forced to release vaccine data! 9 pages of side effects! The whole network is stunned…

Truth : Pfizer was DO NOT Obliged to publish 9 pages on the side effects of vaccines!

This is yet another example of fake vaccine news created and spread by Chinese netizens, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1: The FDA did not lose its lawsuit

The FDA did not lose the case brought by PHMPT (Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency) – the group asking for the data the FDA used to authorize the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

The PHMPT required the FDA to redact and release 329,000 pages of documents within 108 days, which would require them to process more than 91,000 pages per month.

The FDA was processing documents at a rate of nearly 5,000 pages per month and had already released 7 of the 8 priority items as of January 31, 2022.

On January 6, 2022, U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman ordered a compromisenoting that “Court acknowledges ‘unduly burdensome’ challenges this FOIA request may present to FDA“.

  • The FDA will produce “more than 12,000 pages” as he proposedbefore January 31, 2022.
  • The FDA will produce the remaining documents at a rate of 55,000 pages per month, beginning March 1, 2022.

True, the FDA was not granted the right to continue the treatment at its own pace, but the judge also did not agree to let PHMPT force the FDA to deliver all documents within 108 days. It was ultimately a compromise.

Fact #2: The FDA didn’t try to suppress Pfizer’s trial data

This is a completely false statement, which I fact checked Last year. The FDA did not ask to delete data from Pfizer’s mRNA vaccine trial.

This was the “interpretation” of PHMPT attorney Aaron Siri. The truth is that the FDA was already releasing documents to PHMPT.

Not only did they release over 12,000 pages of the 329,000 pages requested by the end of January 2022, but they were on track to deliver the remaining documents in about 5 years.

Fact #3: No Pfizer report will be published in 2085

The fake story falsely claimed that Pfizer had been forced to publish a document that was “originally due to be published in 2085”.

There is no such Pfizer report. Pfizer is also not expected to produce a report for publication in 2085.

These documents belong to the FDA, and that is why it is the FDA that must process, redact and release the documents, not Pfizer.

Fact #4: The Pfizer document was published in November 2021

The Pfizer document to which the fake story referred is “5.3.6 post-marketing experience.pdf“.

As the PHMPT itself noted, it was part of the first batch of five Pfizer documents released to them on November 17, 2021.

Apparently it took them more than 3 months to browse these 5 documents, and to “discover” the 9 pages listing some 1,291 adverse events of particular interest.

This not only proves that the FDA was right about the time it takes to read these documents, but it also shows that the PHMPT doesn’t really need all 329,000 documents within 108 days.

It took almost as long for the PHMPT to read 5 documents! At this rate, it will take them about 16,450 years to read the 329,000 Pfizer documents…

Fact #5: Pfizer’s document failed to reveal 1,291 side effects

The fake story falsely claimed that the first batch of Pfizer documents included 9 pages of side effects.

There are nine pages of potential “adverse events” listed in the “List of adverse events of particular interest(AESI).

However, this was NOT a list of side effects caused by Pfizer’s mRNA vaccine.

Rather, it was a list of 1,291 potential side effects that Pfizer was specifically looking for in reports of adverse events.

Think of it as a shopping list of adverse events that everyone agreed Pfizer should watch out for.

Even if these adverse events did occur, scientists still need to know whether they really happened because of the vaccine or other causes.

Fact #6: Adverse events are not side effects

I must now point out that adverse events are no side effects.

Adverse events are “unfavorable” or “unexpected” events that occur after vaccination or taking a drug, such as an anaphylactic reaction or a car accident.

All reported adverse events should be investigated to determine whether they are related (anaphylactic reaction) or not (car accident) to the vaccine or medication that was taken.

Even if an adverse event was “possibly caused” by the vaccine, it still needs to be confirmed that the vaccine caused it directlybecause an anaphylactic reaction (for example) can also occur as a result of a bee sting or an existing peanut allergy.

Only once an adverse event is confirmed to be caused by the vaccine is it then a side effect of the vaccine. Otherwise, it is just an undesirable event, not a side effect.

Fact #7: AESI list not specific to the Pfizer vaccine

The list of adverse events of particular concern is not specific to Pfizer’s mRNA vaccine. It’s actually on page 16 of the document.

The company’s AESI list takes into consideration the AESI lists of the following expert groups and regulatory authorities: Brighton Collaboration (SPEAC), ACCESS protocol, US CDC (preliminary AESI list for VAERS monitoring), MHRA (directive unpublished).

AESI terms are incorporated into a TME list and include events of interest due to their association with severe COVID-19 and events of interest for vaccines in general.

These AESIs are usually specified before clinical trials are even beginning, although new ones may be added later. Therefore, a generic list is used.

Fact #8: The list of AESI includes irrelevant adverse events

We know this is a generic AESI list, as it included diseases involving other viruses – Herpes, MERS, Chickenpox; as well as “exposure to SARS-CoV-2” and other “communicable diseases”.

The list also included manufacturing and lab testing issues, such as “Manufacturing lab analytical testing problem, manufacturing materials problem, manufacturing production problem“.

Even product supply issues have been included – “Product availability problem, product distribution problem, product supply problem“.

Why DFAIT is wrong about Pfizer's mRNA vaccine study!

Fact #9: Pfizer’s document showed no new security issues

The fake story falsely claimed the document showed the Pfizer vaccine had caused 1,200 deaths.

If you read the Discussion and Summary + conclusion sections, you will see that the data:

  • revealed no “new security issues or risks”
  • support “a favorable benefit-risk profile” of the vaccine

In other words, the Pfizer document pointed out that despite searching for 1,291 potential dangers, they found no new vaccine-related risks.

Don’t risk your life or that of your family on bad science and misinformation promoted by Chinese netizens.
